When running View3D for the first time:
Select the proper display mode from [Menu / View].
Pressing the H key will display a list of the keyboard shortcuts.
Pressing the F1 key will open the View3D.chm help file.
Please read the Topic: View3D Setup in the help file. Also, look at the Topic: Tumbnail Files and look for "All Image Files".
