View3D is only for Windows2000 or WindowsXP users.
Installation Instructions: 2) Open View3D_1_2_16.zip and run Setup.exe When running View3D for the first time: Select the proper display mode from [Menu / View]. Pressing the H key will display a list of the keyboard shortcuts. Pressing the F1 key will open the View3D.chm help file. Please read the Topic: View3D Setup in the help file. Also, look at the Topic: Tumbnail Files and look for "All Image Files".
If using a CRT monitor make sure your computer display is set correctly:
[NVIDIA Settings / Screen Resolution] should be set to: 1280 by 960 pixels [NVIDIA Settings / Screen Refresh Rate] should be set to at least: 100 Hertz 120 Hz refresh rate is better, but not possible on some monitors.
